When I got back from Australia, I promised myself I would learn french. Now I am really kicking myself for not doing that.
@worksology I've been very happy with Webfaction. No complaints, even when I contact them at 4:00 in the AM, they get back to me.
@worksology So when your new website blows up and you are getting 1000's of visitors everyday you'll be in good shape.
@worksology I don't think mod_python is maintained/updated regularly anymore and there are supposedly performance benefits...
Really hoping the Winfield city lake has AT&T service, so that I can update my flickerness from the festival.
Listening to Summer Breeze by Seals and Crofts on Vinyl. It really doesn't get much better than this. Incredibly smooth music.
OK, Walnut Valley fest is back on track. Camp Woody is officially being moved to the Winfield City Lake this year, and I will now drink beer
@thecurtain What is the situation at the City Lake? Is it completely packed? Are they charging for camping out there?
@thecurtain I think we are still going to go. There are some disagreements between my friends about what to do for camping.
So very close to moving my Django 1.0 site to production. If only I could figure out these last few bugs...
Attempting to setup a meeting of the minds to discuss this weekend's plans now that camping at the WV fest has fallen through.
It's official. No camping at festival grounds at the 2008 Walnut Valley Festival. This sucks! No 3:00 AM Fritos Chili Pies for me.
Back to re-tooling my website to take advantage of Django 1.0. So far so good, but a good amount have changes have necessary.
@thecurtain That scenario seems most likely at this point, I'm going to try to figure out my plans and decide where I should camp. Thanks!
@thecurtain What's the situation looking like in Winfield? Are they even going to let people into the Pecan Grove this year?
@thecurtain Yep, right behind you at the Kansas lotto booth, turned around for one second and you disappeared.
