Taking the weekend off after working a bunch the last several days. No idea what to do with my time when I'm not working on something.
At the Gaslight listening to a Blue Grass band. Reminds me of Winfieid and how much I miss that place.
@codysoyland Lala. Half of the songs I try to play have blips, gaps, or just plain stop half way through. Also the sound quality sucks.
Grooveshark is interesting, but the shaky sound quality and unreliable meta data make it annoying enough for me not to use it.
"So I don't know how to ask this, but why was everything in...working order?" Man! I just had a double cheeseburger!
When I go to get an afternoon drink at Starbucks, I order the "Glenstansberry". It's quite refreshing, highly recommended.
After this week, I can honestly say — I need a holiday. A very long holiday. And I don't expect I shall return...In fact I mean not to.
Playing some guitar for the first time in the last few days reminds me how boring everything else is.
I've got to get back to my city by the bay. This simply won't do — listening to Kram, Powderfinger, Pete Murray..et al today.
Thanks to @slimfender for the assist. Listening to Under the Blacklight at the moment, forgot what a good album this was.
"Wake up late and honey put on your clothes and take your credit card to the liquor store. That's one for you, two for me." GnR is awesome.
Epic design/dev session tonight. Still a couple of hours to go. There's no rest for the wicked. Definitely not this week anyway.
Man, thought I found the perfect house to rent for next year, then found out I was a day too late. Bummer.
Also in the trailer for said documentary, she mentions a scene from Night of the Hunter as part of her inspiration. No wonder it's so good.
So the newest Bat For Lashes album is kind of ridiculously good, but I'm pissed that I bought the album without the documentary.
Why am I listening to the Darkness today? Because "My heart's on overdrive and you're behind the steering wheel."
